In this course, David Melchionne-Martinez leads a session of exploration, story telling, and reflection through applied theatre. David discusses how he found his OT niche by combining his love of theatre with his passion for occupational therapy. This module will help you explore how you can do the same with your passions, and will reflect on the implications of these explorations for the future of occupational therapy.
It is no secret that the field of occupational therapy has been rapidly changing over the past several years. This presentation will focus on how we, as trained adaptors, can morph our profession into new practice areas that reflect the rich tapestry of its practitioners.
