Occupational therapy practitioners have a unique understanding of the skills required to engage in occupations. This module will use lecture, lab, and a case study to demonstrate the efficacy of using Tai Chi Chuan as part of a comprehensive occupational therapy program across the continuum of care.

Following this course module, participants will be able to:

• Describe how Tai Chi Chuan can be integrated with occupational therapy practice to promote occupational performance
• Use 4 Tai Chi Chuan forms as preparatory activities to address clinical issues impeding occupational performance
